We are very passionate about organic marketing and have spent years perfecting our stratgeies and expertise. 3 months is the general time frame in which you start to see significant reuslts with organic strategies. We have also incporprated a 3 month retainer to ensure we are only working with those who allign with our values and undertand that real success doesn't happen overnight.

Why do you social media management packages have a 3 month retainer?

No. To ensure your social accounts are secured as safe as possible, we do not use any third-party software or bots to artificially grow your account or partake in community engagement.

Do you use any AI or bots?

Upon our onboarding process, you will receive a special dropbox link where you can upload all your own content/content you would like on your socials.

We also have a shared Pinterest board for you to add any inspiration or "filler posts" if you wish.

How do I send you all my content?

All our packages include Facebook and Instagram.

Only our Stellanova package includes Pinterest and Tiktok on top.

What platforms do your social media packages include?

No. If you can't afford social media management yet, you shouldn't be outsourcing it! Organic marketing brings in significant results around the 3 month mark, and it is easier to measure your growth on a month-to-month basis. We create, plan and schedule all your content in advance. Therefore, payment must be settled before any work commences.
